Patrick McMahon

Patrick McMahon has 20 years experience as a lawyer and has represented individuals, small businesses and large corporations on a variety of matters. Since 1996, Mr. McMahon has focused on bankruptcy matters.

Mr. McMahon was born in Pennsylvania in 1950. He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse New York in 1972 and a Juris Doctor degree from John F. Kennedy University in Orinda California in 1981.

Mr. McMahon is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in California including all Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. McMahon is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum.
